Our Bakery

We are a Colorado Cottage Kitchen. We trained in safety protocols set out by the State of Colorado and follow them strictly. Our bakery is a ‘safe gluten free space.’ We do not share our space, meaning that all components of our bakery, including our oven, utensils, mixers and ingredients are all gluten free. Our kitchen, off our home, is set up as a working commercial space but not zoned commercial. As a Colorado Cottage Kitchen, we are required to share the following pre-written statement on all our products: This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish. This product is not intended for resale.
