The SugarBee Story

Founded in 2022, we are a CO-owned boutique bakery, where gluten free baking is exceptionally delicious.

I (Brooke aka Bee) took a cookie course almost two years ago. With a background in experiential education, I love the science and story-telling behind creating recipes and the art of baking. As someone who eats gluten free, I entertained the thought that gluten free cookies could be just as good and even more interesting than regular cookies. For a year, I developed and tested our own signature recipes with several sample groups. It went so well that SugarBee Cookie Company was born.
