My daughters have always called me, “Brookie Cookie.” It is such an endearing term to me which makes this cookie very close to my heart. Creating the Brookie Cookie for everyone to enjoy, including our Vegan friends, is very special to me. In our version, a dark chocolate cookie meets a peanut buttery pretzel friend and magic happens.
